                   摘   要： 本文以湘乡曾家为例探讨双轨制的内部张力与协作， 认为双轨政治
                   的基本特征是两个相分离的上下轨道而非一个轨道的上下两层， 政统与道统
                   是双轨政治形成的更根本的理论奠基。曾国藩意图分离双轨，期望家族在地方
                   践行道统却想法难行；曾国潢在地方积累家族财势，走向与地方官私利勾连的
                   同时也为联结政统和道统提供了实际基础。 在这二人种种思虑与行动的共同
                   作用下出现了曾麟书促成官绅合作的重要作为，达成了绅与官的合作，突破了
                   政统与道统的分离。在双轨政治的结构中，理论与实践、国家与地方、私利和公
                   益始终处于张力之中。 不同时代的国家与士绅的关系是这一张力结构的不同
                   样态。在此意义上，费孝通对民国政治问题的探讨亦是接续“双轨”精神的重要
                   努力。
