             解 “政府高调宣传、群众冷眼旁观”的困境,保障公共服务协同供给提质增效。
                  总之,我国公共服务协同供给是兼具复杂性与差异性的功能系统,其运行受外部环
             境、主体属性多重影响,不同领域、层级的协同呈现出不同特征与路径,难以用单一模式
             套用。先行国家的实践亦表明,公共服务协同无 “放之四海而皆准”的方案,核心在于
             以灵活框架适配民众需求。因此,我国推进公共服务协同供给,需在借鉴国际合理经验的
             基础上,立足本土实践,以科学规律提升政府跨域合作能力,方能推动区域公共服务一体
             化进程,切实满足人民群众对美好生活的需要。
