served as the distinctive form, cultural source, fundamental guarantee, and sustaining mechanism. These prac

On the Ontological Construction of Computational Politics CHU Er - Kang 22
〔 Abstract〕When information technology completely changes the human way of life, the development of the dig
ital revolution has prompted people to carefully consider the impact of the new technological wave on modern po
litical science, and to rethink the essential operating laws and manifestations of politics. The overlapping trends
of “ depoliticization”and “ re politicization”under the influence of informatization and digitization have given rise
to a significant shift in the disciplinary system characterized by the paradigm of computational politics. There
fore, how to define the ontology of computational politics in this emerging political science research direction
born in the context of modern technological development not only constitutes the underlying logical form of its dis
ciplinary development, but also has a profound impact on future political science research. In this process, the
exploration of the ontology construction process and operating rules of computational politics from “ information
body”to “ control body”and then to “ intelligent body”have become an important theoretical research link in
the construction of related disciplines.

Digitally Enabling Law - Based Rural Development:Theoretical Logic and Practical Dimensions
Based on a Grounded Theory Analysis of the “ Rule - of - Law Lecture Series”in X Village, East

〔 Abstract〕Strengthening the construction of the rule of law in rural areas is an inherent part of promoting the
comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and a fundamental task for advancing the rule of law in all respects.
The integration of digital and intelligent technologies can activate the intrinsic driving force for the construction of
law - based rural areas. Previous studies showed that digital intelligence technology is an effective driving force
for promoting high - quality development in rural areas, but research on digital intelligence technology and the
construction of law - based rural areas is still relatively scattered. Based on the textual materials of typical cases
of rural governance, the grounded theory method is used to systematically reveal the practical elements and deep
logic that affect the integration of digital intelligence into the construction of law - based rural areas. The findings
indicate that these technologies ( i)boost villagers’enthusiasm and intrinsic motivation to participate,( ii)opti
mize resource allocation and improve the quality and efficiency of law - related public services, and ( iii)
