摘 要：齐美尔的艺术社会学以“生命为了艺术，艺术为了生命”作为内在线
索，通过对米开朗基罗、伦勃朗、罗丹等艺术家及其作品的分析，揭示了艺术
与生命的统一性。 他强调，艺术的自主性并非与生命隔绝，而是在“整体性的
迂回”中实现其与生命整体性的融合，以此协调自主性与整体性的矛盾。 这
些不同的艺术家代表了不同时期人们对艺术与生命关系的持续探索： 米开
朗基罗的作品呈现了形式重负下的悲剧性，伦勃朗展现了内在灵魂的胜利，
罗丹则呈现出现代性的运动与生命活力。 上述发现对于理解现代社会中个
体与社会、生命与形式的关系具有重要意义，为艺术社会学提供了独特的视角
和深刻的理论洞见，并强调了艺术在现代生活中对于个体意义建构与生命价
值实现的重要作用。

“Life for Art， Art for Life”: Simmel on the Harmony
between Art and Life

Abstract：This article seeks to reconstruct the inner logic of Georg Simmel’s
fragmented writings on art from the perspective of the sociology of art. Through his
analysis of artistic form， Simmel identifies the structural tensions in modern society
between the individual and the whole， life and form， subjective freedom and
objective culture.“Life for art， art for life” constitutes the central proposition of his
sociology of art： art must achieve autonomy through boundary， style， and form，
