从分娩记忆看中国女性产痛的 社会

摘 要：本文聚焦女性产痛的代际差异，基于 24 位产妇的分娩记忆，围绕在
家分娩、在卫生院分娩、在医院分娩三个不同历史时期，考察各时期的女性
如何将产痛这一具身经验与社会文化图景相勾连， 进而呈现出不同的社会
意涵。 研究发现，女性产痛呈现明显的代际差异，但不能简单归结为“产妇越
来越怕疼”，只能说“一代人有一代人的产痛”。 研究认为，疼痛从来不只是个
体的生理感受，更是一种深植于社会结构中的身体经验，裹挟了社会文化变
迁、分娩医学化以及女性自我觉醒等因素。 真正意义上的减痛不仅依赖于镇
痛技术的革新与普及，更要在制度设计中恢复家庭、社区与医疗系统的协同
作用，将对产妇心理与社会需求的回应纳入生育友好型社会建设之中。

The Generational Shift and Social Implications of Childbirth
Pain in China : Insights from Birth Memories

Abstract：Public discussions often attribute declining fertility intentions and rising
cesarean section rates to the claim that “mothers are becoming increasingly fearful
of pain.” Yet labor pain is not only an individual bodily experience but also a
reflection of its historical and social context. Drawing on the birth memories of 24
women, this article examines intergenerational differences in labor pain across three
periods characterized by home births, births in township health centers， and births
in hospitals. It explores how women in each period connected the embodied
experience of labor pain to a broader sociocultural landscape and how these
