The “ Micro Community”Path of High - quality Elderly Care in Urban Communities
LIANG Xian - Yan LIU Wei - Zhong 105

〔 Abstract〕Purely “ rest”after retirement is likely to lead to a sense of uselessness, loss, loneliness, even anxi
ety, depression, paranoia, and other psychological diseases, which will endanger the physical health and the
quality of life of the elderly. Therefore, the appropriate “ doing”will become an effective plan. However,it is
difficult to achieve the expectation of “ doing”with the limited power of “ individuals”and even more challenging
to establish a stable social network and capital. Therefore,it is necessary to use the power of “ community”to
realize the value pursuit and,in this process,to achieve social needs, emotional comfort, and mutual assis
tance. As homogeneous groups are more likely to generate everyday needs, consensus, collective action, and e
motional resonance, the elderly should be encouraged to form many “ Micro Communities”based on common at
tributes. The formation of the “ Micro Community”needs the community as the backing, social participation as
the main line, pluralistic governance as the starting point, and step - by - step promotion as the strategy.

The Internal Governance of Social Organizations and its Impact from the Perspective of Govern
ance—Taking the Village Inn Alliance in H Village of Anhui as an Example
                                                                                     WANG Hai - Tao 114

〔 Abstract〕As one of the multiple subjects of rural governance, social organizations are essential in the moderni
zation and development of rural governance. From the governance perspective, the relationship between social
organizations and their internal governance and rural governance at the overall level is autonomous and nested, so
exploring from the internal perspective can provide a different way of thinking. This paper uses the village inn al
liance in village H of Anhui Province as a case study. The logic of governance of its internal affairs is mainly le
gitimacy, empowerment, and authority effectiveness. Its specific path is to create the concept of integrity,en
hance professional capacity, strict management mechanisms, and use network technology. The impact of its re
sults not only achieves the governance goals of this organization but also brings positive values to the development
of village governance, such as: triggering positive ripple effects in other areas and also strengthening the organi
zational foundation of villages,as well as providing a model of governance to be referred to. In the context of
modern governance of typical construction, governance, and sharing, the effective development of rural social or
ganizations is both a target requirement and a carrying strategy, so paying attention to their internal governance is
             of great practical significance.
