The Philosophical Basis of Xi Jinping’s Important Discourse on Loyalty to the Party
WANG Guang - Sen HAN Zhen - Ye 22
〔 Abstract〕From Xi Jinping’ s perspective, loyalty to the party constitutes the foundation and core of the party’
s political construction. An important reason is that loyalty to the party itself contains the factors of Marxist phi
losophy. Regarding the foundation of historical philosophy,Xi Jinping upholds the materialist view of history
from a Marxist standpoint, continuously deepening the understanding and application of the Communist Party’ s
ruling law, socialist construction law, and the law of human social development. Loyalty to the party ensures the
entire party aligns with historical progress and commands historical initiative. From the perspective of practical
philosophy,Xi Jinping adheres to the Marxist concept of practice, emphasizing the “ unity of knowledge and ac
tion.”Loyalty to the party also requires validation through internal and external practices, ultimately being tested
in real - world scenarios. Regarding the philosophy of values,Xi Jinping adheres to the principle of the subject
of people’ s values. Loyalty to the party fundamentally entails loyalty to the people and meeting their expecta
tions. Analyzing Xi Jinping’ s crucial remarks on loyalty to the party from a philosophical perspective holds evi
dent global and methodological significance.

Homologous Interconnection:A Brief Analysis of the Hierarchical Structure and Collaborative In
teraction between Ideological Security and Cultural Security. WANG Rui ZHAO Lei 32
〔 Abstract〕Previous studies have often discussed “ ideology”“ culture”“ ideological security”and “ cultural se
curity”separately, making it easy for readers to overlook their relevance and interaction. Ideology and culture
both play a role in shaping a country’ s conceptual culture. They share commonalities and characteristics and
need to be treated in a dialectical manner. Ideological security and cultural security are critically important for
national security and are closely related. By examining four concepts and two sets of relationships, the author
clarifies the relationship between ideology and culture, discovering that ideological security and cultural security
are characterized by political homogeneity, social interconnection, and external interoperability. The author sug
gests that both types of security should be reconstructed to form a balanced and dynamic structure that is stable
internally, ordered in the middle part, and active externally, in order to achieve a synergistic security effect. By
comparing the distinct strategies employed by the Soviet Union and France in response to foreign conceptual and
cultural challenges, the author argues that for China, only by unifying the cohesive force of ideological security
and the dissipative force of cultural security, forming a dual security reconstructive dominant strategy, and exer
ting synergistic effects, can we provide guarantees for conceptual and cultural security, supporting the construc
tion of a socialist ideology with strong cohesive and leading power.
